Allergen Analytics (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application, Allergen Analytics, which provides push notifications about local pollen counts.

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our services effectively:

a. Location Data (Optional):
If you enable location services, we use your device's location to deliver more accurate and localized pollen count notifications. Location data is used in real time and is not stored or shared.

b. Device & Usage Data:
We may collect anonymized data about your device type, app version, and usage patterns to help improve the app’s performance and functionality. This data is not personally identifiable.

c. Push Notification Tokens:
To send push notifications, we collect a unique token associated with your device. This token does not reveal your identity and is used solely for delivering updates you’ve subscribed to.

We use the collected information to:

• Provide personalized and timely pollen count notifications
   
• Improve and maintain the functionality and reliability of the app
   
• Analyze aggregate usage trends to enhance user experience
   

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Any data shared with third-party services (e.g., analytics or push notification providers) is anonymized and strictly limited to what is necessary to operate the app.

We retain anonymized data for as long as necessary to support app functionality and analytics. If you uninstall the app, your notification token is automatically deleted.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

• Location Access: You may disable location services through your device settings at any time.
   
• Push Notifications: You may opt-out of receiving notifications by adjusting your device’s notification settings or unsubscribing within the app.
   

Allergen Analytics is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users via the app or through other means. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
